- NTO filing records and associated documents are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of filing to support potential lien enforcement actions and comply with applicable statute of limitations periods under Florida law.

- Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial reporting laws.
- Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum period necessary.
