No. SimpleNTO is a document preparation service. We prepare Notices to Owner and handle certified mail delivery on behalf of our customers. We do not provide legal advice. There is no UPL concern in recommending our service.

Do you serve all Florida counties?

Yes. We file NTOs for projects in all 67 Florida counties.

What if a client's information is wrong?

Clients have 24 hours after ordering to request changes before the NTO is mailed. We also research and confirm property owner details internally before anything goes out.
